WELCOME

I grew up with my mother, sister and I giving back and foot massages to each other. When I worked in the corporate world, I would massage my co-workers if they had headaches, shoulder pain,and neck pain. People would say I was a natural. I decided to learn massage for fun and not having any intention to make it a full-time business. However, Spirit knew differently. Since 1986, I am working in a full-time massage and bodywork practice. I continually take classes in the various bodywork modalities because I like to expand my knowledge on health and healing. I am especially drawn to cranial sacral teachings because this type of work especially meets my daily intention. My life experiences also teach me valuable lessons on being empathic and compassionate.
